Refund Policy

Effective date: September 11, 2026

The Saga of Three Realms is free to download and includes a 3-day free trial, so you can try the game before you are ever charged.

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of any subscription charge, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at exhibyte.help@gmail.com with the email address or order reference used at checkout, or use the "Request a refund" link in the payment receipt emailed to you by Paddle, our payment processor. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and are typically processed within a few business days.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewal charges. Cancelling does not itself trigger a refund for the current billing period — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. If you'd like a refund in addition to cancelling, request one using the instructions above.

Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle may also be reached directly regarding a charge that appears on your statement.
